William was very sociable today. He enjoyed our conversation about baseball and shared stories from his time coaching little league. Walked to the mailbox and back without any trouble.

Good day for William. He completed a crossword puzzle and seemed proud of himself. Appetite was excellent — he asked for seconds at lunch. No concerns to note.

William was a little quieter than usual today but said he was just enjoying the peace and quiet. We listened to jazz music together and he tapped his foot along. All routines went smoothly.
