Eleanor was a bit unsteady this morning when getting up from the couch. I stayed close by while she walked to the kitchen. She mentioned her hip was bothering her. Otherwise cheerful and talkative.
Eleanor stumbled near the bathroom doorway but I caught her arm in time. She seemed embarrassed but was okay. We did some gentle seated stretches together afterward. Good appetite at dinner.
Eleanor was in wonderful spirits today! She told me stories about her years as a teacher. A bit tired in the afternoon and took a long nap. Walking seemed slower than last week.
